Printing the Newsletter as a Booklet

The current version of Acrobat Reader has a print option that will print the newsletter as a booklet with A5 pages.
If you do not have the latest version, you can get it for free from this Adobe website. I would strongly advise unticking any "optional offers".

When you view a newsletter using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and choose to print it, there are 4 buttons (middle left) under the Paper Size and Handling tab, one of which is Booklet.
Follow the instructions carefully and you will get a pile of pages which fold into a neat booklet.
If you are lucky enough to have a printer which prints both side automatically ('duplex') then it is even easier.
